Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Canada and the US is free on orders of $79. There is a flat rate of $15 for orders that fall under $79.
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping method to ship as it provides tracking and delivery confirmation. All your parcels will be easily tracked online. It will take 1-7 business days for delivery.
On average, local shipments to Greater Vancouver Area take 24-48hrs and shipments to East Coast will take up to one week.
Shipping Upgrade to Xpresspost (1-3 business days):
You can choose a faster shipping method, Canada Post Xpresspost which is 1-3 business days for a flat rate of $20.
If your order qualifies for free standard shipping and you want to upgrade to Xpresspost, we will send you an invoice of $15 to cover the difference.
We ship worldwide (untracked) for a flat fee of $20. Should your order require tracking and insurance please enquire to firstname.lastname@example.org or if you have questions regarding shipping.

Returns are accepted for FULL REFUND back to original method of payment within 14 days (from package possession date) on apparel and shoes that are unworn, unwashed, and with original GH tags intact. You are responsible for returning the item back to Goodbuyandhello and/or shipping the item back at own cost. Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. See more below.
All returns must be pre-approved by Goodbuyandhello and returned with an assigned Return Authorization email/message. Before returning any merchandise, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm your return.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original package possession (delivery) date.
We recommend returns be made with a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Goodbuyandhello is not responsible for missing packages.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been fully processed.
Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note, we have the right to deny a refund or credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
