RETURN POLICY

At Goodbuyandhello, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

  • Returns: We offer returns on all products, so you can shop with confidence.

  • Return Request Form: To initiate a return, you must fill out a return request form located in your customer account. This form will help us understand the reason for your return and allow us to process your request quickly and efficiently. To initiate a return please click here. 

  • Mailing Label Request: Once we receive your return request form, we will send you a mailing label. Please print the label and affix it to the package containing your return.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition of Item: All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and duties for the return label, and we cannot refund shipping fees or expedited shipping fees. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
