Free tracked shipping to Canada and the US on orders of $100 CAD or more.
Every piece at Goodbuyandhello is one of a kind. We can’t hold items in a cart, so the first to check out takes it home.
How we ship
- Shipped from Vancouver with tracking on every order.
- We choose the best carrier for your destination: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or DHL Express.
- Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Rates and delivery
- Canada and the US: free on orders of $100 CAD or more. Under $100, rates are calculated at checkout.
- International: rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
- Delivery times: most Canadian orders arrive in 1 to 7 business days. Carrier estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Once it ships
When your parcel is handed to the carrier, it is in the carrier’s care. Goodbuyandhello is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit, or for parcels the carrier marks as delivered. You confirm this with a checkbox before checkout.
Please double-check your address, and ship to a place where someone can receive your parcel or to a carrier pickup point. If something goes wrong, email info@goodbuyandhello.com within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier for you.
Prices show in your local currency; the free-shipping threshold is set in Canadian dollars. Returns are covered in our Returns Policy.
