• Mailing Label Request: Once we receive your return request form, we will send you a mailing label. Please print the label and affix it to the package containing your return.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition of Item: All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees or expedited shipping fees. Also, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
