Our Condition Standards

Every piece is checked by hand before it is listed. Items must be clean, complete and ready to wear. We look at seams, zips, buttons, cuffs, knees and fabric under good light, then wash or steam and press each piece. Every item is graded Pristine w/Tags, Excellent or Good.

Pristine w/Tags — our Past Season collection

Unworn, with the original tags attached.

The piece has never been worn or washed and its original brand tags are still on. Spare buttons or packaging are included where we have them. Every Pristine w/Tags piece is listed in our Past Season collection.

Excellent

Gently worn, with no visible flaws.

Clothing keeps its original colour, shape and softness, with no stains, pilling, fading or repairs. Shoes have clean uppers and only light wear on the soles. Most of our Previously Loved collection is graded Excellent.

Good

Worn and loved, with light signs of wear.

Clothing may show light pilling, slight fading or a softened finish from washing. Shoes may show light scuffs or sole wear. Anything worth knowing is written in the item details and shown in the photos. We accept Good items selectively, and price them to match.

What we don't sell

Items with stains, holes, broken zips or snaps, heavy pilling, odours, missing parts or repairs that show. If a piece doesn't meet these standards, we don't list it.
